Shipping policy

  • Non- custom RTS items will be processed and shipped in 2-5 business days
  • Large orders (10 or more items) will have additional processing time
  • Custom orders will be handled like large orders with additional processing time. You will always be updated once your order has shipped!
  • You will be updated via email if there is any delay with your order
  • You will be notified once your order has shipped.
  • We offer shipping through USPS and UPS 
  • NO refunds for lost/ stolen or delayed packages (Contact shipping company)
  • Please double check shipping address before checking out. NO REFUNDS for incorrect shipping address!
