Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@expressionsofgraceco.com.  Once your return  has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If the item is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize and will handle all shipping charges. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Returns NOT accepted on customized items (If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us via email)
  • No Returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • NO REFUNDS on customized items
  • Cancellation must be done within 6 hours of the order in order to get refund
  • Any adjustment or changes must be done via email within 6 hours of the order.
  • NO  CHANGES  will be accepted once the order is received and processed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Once the return is received, a coupon  for the total amount will be emailed  to you and you'll be able to  purchase the new item. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for returning your item due to size. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Cancellation must be done within 6 hours of the order in order to get an immediate refund
  • NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on clearance or final sale items
